Senator Ramon Bong Revilla, Jr. on Tuesday filed a resolution to investigate the reported spate of kidnappings in the country. Proposed Resolution No. 207 directs the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs to lead and conduct the inquiry.
