Bong Revilla authored RA 10054 “An Act Mandating all motorcycle riders to wear standard protective motorcycle helmets while driving and providing penalties therefor.”

This law obliges all motorcycle riders, including back riders, to wear standard protective helmets. This is to reduce the high number of serious injuries and deaths in accidents involving motorcycles.

Revilla, who was conferred as Ambassador for Safe Ride by Land and Transportation Office (LTO) and Motorcycle Philippines Federation (MCPF) is relentless in his effort to promote road safety in the country.
